MSc Dissertation fellowships:
The UCL-Osaka Walking Cities Lab has joined the MSc Dissertation Fellowships programme of The Bartlett Development Planning Unit (DPU). The WCL has selected Qingya Chen from the Masters in Urban Economic Development. Qingya will work with data collected by the WCL in Freetown to explore the links between walkability and liveability in informal settlements in African cities as part of her MSc dissertation. Qingya will be working under the supervision of Dr Daniel Oviedo. Her dissertation will be published in late 2021 as a WCL working paper.
